To become a member of Savannah16's frequent traveler program:
1. Register on the Savannah16 website by visiting www.savannah16.com/frequent traveler
2. A confirmation email validating your account will be sent to you.
3. When you obtain your frequent traveler account number you start accumulating points towards free trips on Savannah16.
How Does it Work?
The more Savannah16 travel the more points are applied towards your next trip.
Every one dollar spent equals 10 traveler points. For example, if you spend $100 on a Savannah16 trip, you'll earn 1000 frequent traveler points.
How to Earn Points?
Every trip you take with Savannah 16 earns you frequent traveler points. You can track how many points you earn by doing one of the following:
1. If you purchase your ticket online: login to your Savannah16 frequent traveler account, available on the Savannah 16 website.
2. If you purchase your ticket by phone One of our service members will credit your points to your account within 24 hours after your trip is completed.
When and How to Redeem Your Points?
Once you reach the necessary amount of frequent traveler points, you can redeem your points by:
1. Redeem your points online college called: log into your frequent traveler account and select pay with points on the payment screen.
2. Redeem your frequent traveler points by phone inform our service member that you would like to use your frequent traveler points towards payment.
Additional Program Terms and Conditions
- Free Tickets are not valid on Blackout Dates.
- Free Tickets cannot be combined with any other promotions and/or discounts.
- Tickets redeemed cannot be modified or changed; they must be used as they were purchased.
- Tickets redeemed cannot be canceled. If the ticket is unused, the points will be lost.
- All of the benefits and rewards do not have a monetary value and they will be invalid if sold, bought, transferred or modified. The company can block the user and all of their benefits if the member utilizes their points incorrectly or violates any of the Terms/Conditions of the program.
- All benefits, tickets, and discounts are non-transferable.
- Points are valid for a 24 month period. After that time the collected points will expire.
- If the free ticket service is missed and the passenger did not travel, then the passenger will take full responsibility and Savannah16 will not change or modify that ticket for the passenger to reuse it.
- Points are valid only for the member, and cannot be combined or transferred to any other member.
- Minors, Companies & Other Entities cannot create member accounts.
- The company can cancel the program at any time, with no previous information, however the /benefits given before the cancellation of the program will remain valid until they are used, or they expire based on the regular program rules.
- The Savannah16 frequent traveler account is personal, and it’s only valid to purchase tickets for the account owner. It’s not allowed to purchase tickets for another passenger.
