Where do I get on the Shuttle?

We've partnered with easy to find, great locations in Atlanta and Savannah. In Atlanta you will depart or arrive at the Hartsfield-Jackson INT'L Airport located at the Domestic South Lower Baggage Claim Door LS2. In Savannah we have partnered with the Hyatt Regency located at 2 W. Bay Street. On select trips we will have a second drop-off location at the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. On special event weekends there will be additional stops announced.

How much does a Savannah16 ticket cost?

We provide business-class service for a fraction of the cost of an airline's coach-class ticket. Traveling with Savannah16 is also less costly than driving your personal vehicle and getting reimbursed for mileage by your company. Typical one-way fares on Savannah16 range from $65 to $75. PLEASE check our online reservation tool for actual fares.

What if traffic delays my trip?

Unfortunately, whether you fly or drive, you will experience a delay from time to time. We aren't immune to outside factors either. Our team does its best to monitor traffic and plan around it, but sometimes even the best planning can't avoid a major issue. Our on-time performance beats the airlines record of being late 20% of the time.

Can I charter an entire motor coach?

Yes, call us at (404) 500–3966 to discuss your plans and options to charter one of our Business Class Coaches or shuttles for your party’s private use.


How do I book a ticket?

Booking a round-trip or one-way ticket is easy at Savannah16.com. Our easy-to-use online booking tool. You'll be able to view and select available seats for you and companion passengers, and securely store your credit card. Your online profile shows your past and future trips and allows you to print your receipts.

What do I do if I can't remember my user name and/or password?

If you can't remember your username call US at (404) 500-3966. Our team will be happy to assist you. If you have forgotten your password, go ahead and take your best guess using our normal login feature. If you guess incorrectly our system will give you access to a "forgot password" feature.

Can I book a seat for my child?

All passengers, over the age of 3, must have their own purchased seat. Lap children or infants are allowed aboard any Savannah16 trip. Children are not permitted to walk in the aisle during a trip and must remain seated with the exception of short restroom breaks. The Savannah16 cabin is smaller and quieter than an aircraft.

Children age 10 and above may travel alone provided that the Savannah16 attendant and office is given the name, cell phone number, and address of the person responsible for meeting the child at the destination. A responsible person must remain with the child until the time of boarding, and confirmation with the person responsible for meeting the child will take place just prior to boarding. The responsible party meeting the child at the final destination must show a valid photo id.

Changes & Cancellations:

Can I change my travel plans without incurring a fee?

Yes, you may modify your trip at any time up to 6 hours prior to your scheduled departure at no cost. Just pay the difference in the fare.

Can I receive a refund for my ticket?

Once completed, Savannah16.com reservations cannot be canceled or refunded. they can be traded in for another journey up to 6 hours before your original scheduled departure.

Are there other fees I will incur?

WITH Savannah16 the only additional FEES incurRED are those associated with parking your vehicle OR TRANSPORTATION TO OUR TERMINALS.

Pre-Trip & Post Trip:

Where do I park my car?

Our terminals are conveniently located at/near facilities with ample parking in Atlanta and Savannah. Passengers departing from the Hyatt Regency in Savannah can self-park in the hotel's multi-story parking garage AT $28 per 24 hour period. In addition, there are a number of city parking garages in the historic district.  Visit the Savannah Mobility & Parking Service Office to buy a 1 or 2 day parking pass for $7 and $12 respectively.

Why do I need a government issued photo ID?

Your safety is our number one priority; therefore, we see value in mirroring TSA procedures as long as they aren't a hassle for you. Don't worry, we won't ask you to go through a metal detector or take off your shoes! We just want to make sure we know who is onboard our coaches so nobody takes your seat.

Are there any baggage restrictions?

In order to ensure we can accommodate all passengers' bags PLEASE limit your baggage to three bags of 50 pounds or less and one carry-on bag. Should you need more baggage space please call us at least 24 hours in advance or email us at least 48 hours in advance so we can attempt to meet your needs. Can I bring my own food and drink on board?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages on board for your own consumption. Our attendants will be happy to offer any assistance you need to enjoy your meal. No outside alcoholic beverages may be consumed. TOBACCO AND VAPING PRODUCTS ARE strictly prohibited.

Should I tip a Savannah16 driver or attendant?

No, our team is trained to politely decline gratuities. Rest assured that your driver and attendant are compensated to provide you with exceptional service.

How do I get around once I reach my destination?

Our pick up and drop-off locations are conveniently located in areas with easy access to taxi and other ground transportation services. if you need assistance please don't hesitate to ask.


What amenities are included with Savannah16's passenger service?

Upon boarding one of our coaches a Savannah16 attendant will greet you and  help get you settled in for the ride. You will enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, refreshments, and noise-reducing earplugs should you wish to work or rest in silence. If you had a long day you can relax and take advantage of our satellite television and radio. On select trips Savannah16 passengers may dine on complimentary sandwiches, salads, or wraps.

Why does Savannah16 have an attendant ?

We train our attendants to provide first-class service and comfort while also focusing on safety. Your trip will begin with an overview of the safety features on your motor coach. attendants will be present on all trips for the full motor coach, and selected trips on shuttles. Second to focusing on your safety, your attendant is onboard to ensure your comfort. Just ask, and our attendant will strive to fulfill your needs.

Is there a restroom on-board?

full service Premium motor coaches have a restroom. The premium shuttles do not. SHuttles will make a 10-15 minute restroom stop.
